Omelette Recipes

We bring to your attention several recipes for omelets - they are ideal for breakfast as a family and as a snack at a fun party.
Omelette in French
To prepare this omelet you will need:
- eggs - 8 pcs.
- ham smoked 150 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- green peas fresh or frozen - 500 g
- Leek - 1 stem
- flour - 110 g
- greens - 1 tsp.
- milk - 100 ml
- butter melted - 1 teaspoon
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- salad - 0.5 beam
Preparation
Prepare the filling. To do this, peel the onion, cut it into two pieces, then cut into rings. Melt the butter and stew the leeks in it.
Add the polka dots, salt and pepper to taste, pour a little water and continue to stew for 10-12 minutes.
Wash and peel the salad, cut into strips, add to the vegetable mix. The ham is also cut into strips and also added to stewed vegetables. Continue to simmer the mixture for another two minutes.
Add sour cream, butter and flour to the mixture, mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare an omelette. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Mix the yolks with milk and salt, whisk. Add the sifted flour and mix.
Beat the whites in a thick foam. Put a piece of omelet dough on a frying pan smeared with melted butter. Cover and bake for about eight minutes. The underside of the omelet must harden and turn brown. The top part of the omelet should remain soft. In separate portions bake the remaining dough by the number of persons.
Put the omelet into warmed plates. Stuffing is laid out on an omelette, fold the omelet in half and immediately fed to the table.
Imperial Omelette
To prepare this omelet you will need:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 250 g
- raisins - 8 items of l.
- rum or cognac - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 4 tbsp.
- milk - 1 tbsp.
- Butter - 60 g
- powdered sugar, salt - to taste
Preparation
Wash and dry the raisins, sprinkle it with rum or cognac.
Flour the flour, mix it with salt and three tablespoons of sugar, add the yolk and dilute the mixture with milk until the consistency of thick gruel.
Whip the whites with the remaining sugar in a strong foam, then mix them with the dough.
In a frying pan, smeared with melted butter, pour the dough, add the raisins. Bake an omelet.
When the underside is browned, turn the omelet over and fry it on the other side.
When serving, sprinkle omelet with powdered sugar.
Omelette with mushroom filling
To prepare this omelet you will need:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- milk - 4-5 tablespoons.
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- dill or parsley (ground) - 2.5 tbsp.
- salt - to taste.

Preparation
For the preparation of the filling pre-cooked mushrooms to extinguish under the lid for 10-15 minutes, add sour cream and greens to them. Stew until done.
Separate the proteins from the yolks. Mix the yolks with milk, add salt to taste. Whip the whites into a foam, add to the yolks. The egg mixture is again beat well.
Pour omelet over a well-heated frying pan, greased with olive oil and bake in the oven at a temperature of about 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
On the prepared omelette put the stuffing, fold the omelet in half. Garnish with greenery.
