Shrimp oriental

Shrimp oriental
For cooking, you will need:
- coriander (finely chopped) - 0.25 cups
- granulated sugar - 1 tsp.
- ginger (grated) - 4 tsp.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- hot pepper - 2 pcs.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- shrimps (peeled) - 1 kg
- light beer - 700 ml
Preparation
Boil the beer in a saucepan. Add the peeled prawns to the beer and boil again.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes. After that, drain the broth and put the shrimp in a separate bowl.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, heat olive oil in a saucepan, add soy sauce, lemon juice and grated ginger. Mix.
Put the pepper into the sauce for two minutes, then take it out.
Remove the sauce from the fire, add sugar and chill.
Sauce pour the shrimps and sprinkle with cilantro. Shake a few times.
Serve shrimp cold. If desired, you can plant shrimps on toothpicks.
