Lasagne, like spaghetti, can be cooked with various sauces and additives, because these dishes are so practical that every time you can get a new original taste. Moreover, there are a lot of recipes for different sauces. We also offer you some sauces for lasagna.



Meat sauce for lasagna



Meat sauce for lasagna is a classic. If you suddenly cook too much lasagna sauce, do not worry, you can store it in the fridge and then add it to the spaghetti at any time. To prepare a meat sauce you will need the following ingredients:



  • 700 g ground beef

  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 can of canned tomatoes in own juice

  • 170 ml of tomato paste

  • 450 ml of water

  • 1/2 tbsp. red wine

  • 1 tsp. dry basil

  • 1 tsp. oregano

  • 4-6 laurel leaves

  • 1 tbsp. l. salt

  • black pepper to taste


In a large frying pan fry the mince untilsemi-preparedness. Add to it sliced ​​on small cubes of onions and garlic. Give minced meat with vegetables a little fry. Then add water, tomato paste and canned tomatoes. Before adding tomatoes, it is desirable to remove them from the skin. Also in the frying pan add wine and all spices. Stew the sauce under the closed lid on low heat for two hours. When the sauce is ready, laurel leaves are removed from it. Now you can use the ready meat sauce for lasagna.



Alfredo sauce



Alfredo sauce is most often added to fettuccine. But this sauce is also great for making lasagna. To make lasagna sauce, you will need these products:



  • 1 tbsp. butter

  • 1 tbsp. creamy cream

  • 3/4 tbsp. grated parmesan

  • 1/4 tsp. black ground pepper

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • salt to taste


Before preparing the sauce, heat the cream tothey were warm enough. Then melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add warm cream to the butter and continue to cook the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes. Then add crushed garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan. Quickly stir the sauce without removing it from the fire. Parmesan melts very slowly, so do not worry if there is unmelted cheese in the sauce. With a ready-made sauce you can water the prepared lasagna sheets and add chicken on top.



Marinara sauce



We suggest you cook marinara - anotherlasagne sauce. It is traditionally prepared from tomatoes and herbs, and added to pasta, pizza, rice and to various seafood. Try adding this sauce to your climbing! To prepare the marinara you will need such ingredients:



  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 medium bulbs

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 2 stems of celery

  • 4 carrots

  • 800 ml canned tomatoes in own juice

  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste

  • 1/2 tsp. dry basil

  • 1/2 tsp. ground chili

  • 1/2 tsp. dry oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. dry rosemary

  • 4 bay leaves

  • salt

  • black pepper


In a frying pan with olive oil fry finelysliced ​​celery, carrots, onions and garlic. To the fried vegetables add the tomato paste and tomatoes in your own juice. Also add to the sauce spices. Stew sauce in a frying pan over low heat for an hour. While preparing the sauce, you can do the cooking of meat for climbing. Pour ready sauce on the sheets of lasagna, and put meat on top. And of course, do not forget to stretch the laurel leaves from the sauce!
