Spaghetti bolognese
We offer you a recipe of the world-famous Italian dish: spaghetti bolognese (spaghetti in Bologna).
Spaghetti bolognese
For cooking spaghetti bolognese you will need:
- 400 g of spaghetti,
- 0.5 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil,
- 3 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste,
- lemon juice,
- red ground pepper,
- salt.
For dumplings:
- 250 g minced meat,
- 250 grams of minced meat,
- 1 grated onion,
- 2 eggs,
- 3 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs,
- 1-2 tbsp. spoons of chopped parsley,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of grated cheese,
- ground black pepper,
- salt.
Preparation
- Prepare the dumplings. Mix the forcemeat, meat, onions, eggs, rusks, greens and cheese, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. To form dumplings the size of a small nut, boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Spaghetti boil in salted water, recline. Heat oil, add tomato paste, mix, remove from heat. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Stir the tomato mixture with spaghetti. Serve with dumplings.
