cream - 200-300 ml
ham - 300 g
yolks - 4 pcs.

Preparation
Olive oil pour into the saucepan or deepfrying pan, heat. In a well-heated oil, add finely chopped garlic cloves, fry it for 1 minute. After you add the diced ham and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Whip the cream with the yolks, add the fried ham. In the smallest heat, heat.
In the sauce, add the hard cheese, grated, and season with spices. Ready sauce to serve with freshly cooked spaghetti or any other maraca products.
Simple creamy sauce for spaghetti

cream - 1 glass
champignons - 500 g
onion - 3 pcs.
garlic - 3-4 wedges
Butter - 50 g.
salt, greens, sweet pepper and white pepper to taste
Preparation
Melt butter in a deep frying pan. In the butter add chopped garlic and diced onions, fry until soft. After adding previously washed and peeled finely chopped mushrooms (or other mushrooms at your discretion).
Mushrooms with onions and garlic stew on medium heat for 5 minutes. To taste season with white and fragrant pepper, salt.
Add the cream to the mushrooms and mix. Stew on low heat for 10 minutes. With a ready sauce, spaghetti, sprinkled with greens.
