Italian soup
Italian soup is a thick soup that is cooked on bone broth. It puts rice and spaghetti, various vegetables. The recipe for this dish is offered to your attention.
Italian soup
For cooking, you will need:
- bone broth
- chicken offal
- 150 grams of Brussels sprouts and kohlrabi
- 200 g of potatoes
- 20 g of butter
- 50 g of cheese
- 1 carrot
- 20 g of parsley root
- 50 g of boiled spaghetti (pasta)
- ground black pepper
- 60 g of rice
- salt by taste
Preparation
- In a small amount of broth, put out the rice. Separately in the oil fry the sliced vegetables (Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, potatoes, carrots, parsley root) and chicken giblets.
- Mix the vegetables with stewed rice, add a little spaghetti (macaroni), pepper, salt and pour so much broth to make the soup thick.
- When serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
