Thick jam

To prepare a fragrant thick jam you will need:

Wash the pears and cut them into halves. Remove the core and cut into slices. Mix pectin with 3 tbsp. l. sugar and pour the pear slices into them. Leave it for 15 minutes. Brew strong coffee. Aged pears put on a small fire, cover with a lid and bring to a weak boil. Filter the coffee. Pour sugar into boiling pears and add coffee. Stir well, bring to a boil and boil for another 5 minutes without a lid. Hot jam spread in sterilized jars and roll them up with lids. Thick jam «Assorted»
For cooking you will need:
- 500 g of pears;
- 500 g of apples;
- 1 kg of black chokeberry;
- 1.5 kg of sugar;
- ½ st. water.
