Fresh bread or a loaf
Two to three eggs
Cream cheese - 150 g
Maple syrup or honey - 70 g
Cream 10-33% - 200 g
Bananas - 2 pcs.
Nuts, spices - to taste
Cooking method
Mix in the bowl the ingredients for the future sauce: eggs, cream, cheese, add syrup at the end. Cheese is better to use Hochland or Almette classic, without additives. A syrup can be taken either, or replaced with liquid honey - the amount varies as you see fit
Give the bread a triangular shape, cut to the width of the shape. As the basis of the dish, you can eat grain sandwiches, baguettes, bruschettes and even unsweetened buns
Cut bananas into large slices. For filling the breakfast you can also use soft fruits and berries (melon, apricots, pears, raspberries)
