Meat in creamy sauce
If you want to please your relatives with a new delicacy at New Year's Eve dinner, then cook the meat with a gentle cream sauce on this recipe. Real jam!





Meat in creamy sauce


To prepare 4 servings you will need:

  • 1 kg of broccoli

  • salt

  • 8 frozen potato meatballs

  • vegetable oil for roasting

  • 600 g of veal pulp

  • 1-2 tbsp. melted butter

  • ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp. lemon pepper

  • 4 tablespoons cognac

  • 2 onions

  • 100 ml of white wine

  • 200 ml cream

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons mustard

  • a little flour

  • a pinch of sugar


Preparation

  1. Broccoli should be cleaned, washed and chopped. Blanch for 4 minutes in salted water. Potato meatballs fry from all sides in vegetable oil.

  2. Wash meat, dry it and cut into smallwith dice. Preheat the melted butter in a frying pan and fry the meat with constant stirring. Salt and season with ground black and lemon pepper. Pour cognac, remove from a frying pan and put in a warm place.

  3. Onions peeled, finely chopped and friedin a frying pan, where meat was roasted. Add white wine, vegetable broth and cream. Give a little paw. Add the lemon juice and mustard to the sauce, let it boil again and thicken the sauce with flour. Salt, pepper and add a pinch of sugar.


  4. Before serving, put the meat in the sauce and warm it up a little. Serve with potato tepley and broccoli.
