A simple chicken recipe in a marinade with a vegetable garnish
Delicate chicken fillet with spices and thick vegetable stew is an excellent autumn dish that warms on cool days, gives a pleasant feeling of satiety and fills with energy.
Ingredients:
chicken fillet or thigh - 3 pcs.
olive oil - 6-7 tbsp. l.
cinnamon - ½ tsp.
cumin - ½ tsp
chili pepper - ½ tsp
onions - 1 pc.
carrots - 1 pc.
celery - 3 medium stems
tomatoes in juice or tomato juice - ½ jar
canned beans - ½ cans
chicken broth or water - to taste
Cooking method:
Mix in a bowl of olive oil and seasonings: cinnamon, cumin, chili
Put pieces of chicken in a bowl with marinade for 5 - 10 minutes. Lay the fillets on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for twenty minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees
Finely chop the onions and fry in a pan until a translucent condition. Add the chopped carrots to the onions and keep a little more on the fire
Peel and cut the celery into the vegetable mixture and simmer for a few minutes
Put tomatoes in a frying pan, add broth orHot water, regulating the consistency of stew. Stew until the carrot is soft. Beans add to the end of the preparation, before serving
Garnish with greenery, serve hot
