Necessary ingredients:




  • chicken breasts - 700 g


  • tomato 350 ml


  • sweet pepper - 1 pc


  • onions white - 1 pc


  • carrots - 1 pc


  • adzhika - 1 tbsp


  • olive oil - 5 tbsp


  • white dry wine - 50 ml


  • chicken broth - 50 ml


  • garlic - 8 teeth


  • coriander - 1 beam


  • Bay leaf


  • salt


  • ground pepper




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Cut the fillet into large pieces and fry in a skillet in a small amount of butter. Fire must be strong, so that the meat quickly formed a beautiful golden crust


  2. In a saucepan with high sides, heat up the olive oil and pour carrots, sweet peppers, onions and garlic into small cubes. Fry for 3 minutes.


  3. Then add the tomato, reduce the heat and leave to stew for 5-6 minutes.


  4. That the chicken in the tomato turned out to be more spicy and spicy, put a laurel leaf, adzhika and a pinch of dried herbs.


  5. Pour into the sauce white wine and chicken broth, add salt, pepper and put pieces of roasted fillets, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Grilled chicken in tomato sauce: how to cook this dish correctly




The most interesting part of this recipe -sweet and sour tomato sauce, which was invented by Malaysian culinary experts. Thanks to this addition, the usual roast chicken turns into an exotic, exquisite dish.





Necessary ingredients:




  • chicken (thighs or legs) - 1 kg


  • turmeric - 1 tsp


  • salt - 1 tsp


  • olive oil - 4 tbsp


  • cloves - 2 flowers


  • badonia - 1 star


  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp


  • red hot pepper - 3 pcs


  • sugar - 1 tsp


  • shallots - 6 pcs


  • Fresh ginger - 20 gr


  • garlic - 3 teeth


  • coconut milk - 250 ml


  • cinnamon - 1 stick




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Pieces of chicken rinse, dry with a paper napkin, rub with a mixture of turmeric and salt and set aside for 15-20 minutes.


  2. Heat the frying pan well and fry the meat until a crusty crust appears. Then reduce the fire and continue cooking the bird for another 20 minutes, regularly turning the pieces so they do not burn.


  3. Dried red pepper soak for a few minutes in water, and then free from seeds.


  4. Grind garlic, ginger, shallots and peppers in a blender. Ingredients should acquire a consistency of soft paste.


  5. In a deep skillet with a thick bottom, heat 2 tbsp of oil, put there the chopped vegetables and spices, add cloves, tubs and cinnamon and fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes.


  6. Pour into the skillet coconut milk and tomato paste, add sugar and, stirring, bring to a boil.


  7. Pieces of cooked fried chicken to put in the sauce, 5 minutes to drown under the lid and immediately submit to the table.







Chicken in sour-tomato sauce with choco: recipe with photo



This dish has a very pleasant creamy taste. Oily home-made sour cream softens the sharpness of tomato paste and, impregnating chicken meat, makes it especially tender.





Necessary ingredients:




  • chicken meat - 2 kg


  • sour cream of high fat content - 200 ml


  • garlic - 6 teeth


  • white onions - 3 pcs


  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp


  • peppercorns and black ground


  • salt


  • greenery




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Carcase chicken washed, dried, chop into portions and browned in a frying pan under a lid until golden brown.


  2. Take out pieces of meat and put in a separate plate, and on the evaporated chicken fat fry the onions cut into half rings.


  3. Add sour cream, tomato paste, crushed garlic, salt, spices and bay leaves in the press. Stir well. If the mass is too thick, pour half a cup of warm water.


  4. Boil the sauce, stirring constantly. Then reduce the heat, put the chicken pieces and leave to stew under the lid for 25-25 minutes.


  5. On the table, serve hot.







How to cook chicken sauce with tomato paste



This dish can be safely included in the daily menu. The sauce made in this way turns out to be very satisfying and is combined with any types of garnish.





Necessary ingredients:




  • chicken breasts - 700 g

  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp


  • Parmesan cheese - 200 gr


  • chicken broth - 200 ml


  • ground paprika - 1 tsp


  • basil


  • salt


  • dried spicy herbs


  • spice


  • olive oil




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Breasts rinse, dry, cut into small pieces and marinate in spices, spices and olive oil. After half an hour fry the meat in a frying pan until golden brown.


  2. Garlic to pass through the press, onions cut into half rings, pour the tomato paste, diluted in chicken broth, and simmer on high heat for 5 minutes.


  3. Then add salt, pepper, add paprika and spices, mix thoroughly, reduce fire and cook for 15 minutes.
