Dough for lasagna: recipe



The most important and invariable ingredient of lasagna -special dough. You can buy a ready-made semi-finished product or make a dough yourself. Homemade dough turns out more delicious, and at a price much cheaper, so the choice is obvious.



Necessary ingredients:




  • flour (the best special - for pasta) - 400 grams


  • eggs - 2 pieces


  • water 40 g


  • salt - 1 tsp.


  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.



Cooking method




  1. Sift the flour and pour it on the table with a slide, make a groove on top.


  2. In the cavity, break the eggs, add water, salt and oil.


  3. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, but not less than 5 minutes. If the dough is too strong, you can add a little water.


  4. Put the dough in a bag or wrap it in a food film and leave it for half an hour.


  5. The finished dough is divided into 6 equal parts and rolled to a thickness of 1-2 mm.


  6. Knife cut the rolled dough, giving it a square shape. Cuttings do not throw out - from them you can make 2 more sheets of dough.


  7. Ready sheets can be hidden in the freezer and used as needed.

Meat lasagna: recipe



One of the most popular recipes is lasagna with meat stuffing. And even with this recipe, you will have scope for creativity. Combining different types of meat, you can achieve completely different tastes.



Necessary ingredients:




  • dough for lasagna


  • fried meat - 300 g


  • ham (sliced) - 150 g


  • meat broth - 1.5 cups


  • tomato sauce - 1 1/3 cup


  • carrots - 3 pcs


  • celery - 2 pcs


  • onion - 3 pieces


  • olive oil - 5 tbsp. l.


  • white wine - 1.5 cups


  • seasonings to taste.

Cooking method




  1. Wash vegetables thoroughly and clean.


  2. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry finely chopped onions, carrots and celery.


  3. When the onion is cooked to transparency, add the meat and ham. Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Fry 20 minutes.


  4. Add the tomato sauce and simmer with the lid closed on low heat for 15 minutes.


  5. Pour broth, wine and put the herbs, stew on medium heat for no more than an hour. After extinguishing the grass to get and throw out - they will no longer be needed.


  6. If required, boil the dough plates slightlysalty water (so that they do not stick together, you can add a couple of spoons of sunflower oil). Fold the prepared dough on a sieve to drain the water, and put them on paper towels. Sheets of dough should completely dry out.


  7. Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil and put a layer of dough on the bottom.


  8. Put the meat stuffing on the dough and pour it abundantly with sauce (best suited bechamel), sprinkle with grated cheese.


  9. Alternating the two previous steps, lay out all the dough and the whole stuffing. Lay the remaining cheese on the last layer of the dough.


  10. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Ready to serve the dish in a hot form.
