How to make cupcakes in mugs
This you just have not met: a delicacy for 10 minutes without the hassle and the mountains of dirty dishes. And it's not just delicious. Its godlike! You will need simple products, a regular mug and a microwave.

What can and can not be done

Take the right mug: it should not be heated in a microwave - before cooking, put it on the oven for 1 minute. If the mug remained cold (well, or it became a little warm), everything is fine. You can use.
Do not try to keep the baking in the oven until it turns brown or a crust appears - this will not happen. If you keep longer than the specified time, the dessert will dry.
It is important to mix the ingredients thoroughly with a fork. If the whisking of the dough is not good enough, then because of the unmixed oil or lumps of flour, air pockets can form.
Fill the mug with a mixture no more than two thirds, otherwise when baking, the risen dough will spill out of it like a lava from a volcano.
Patience! Before you look into the microwave oven and check how the process is going on, wait at least three quarters of the indicated baking time. Otherwise, the dough will settle.
If you decide to turn the cupcake and put it on the dish, it should easily slip out of the mug (or shape) - provided that you do not forget to oil it or layer the food film.
And do not worry if your pastry bakes or explodes. The surviving part will still be very tasty.
Dessert «Mountain trail»
Incredibly delicious dish. And in this dessert, and in all the others, you can take whole wheat flour and sugar substitute (if you do not consume sugar). Variations can be any: you can add nuts, replace dates with other dried fruits, instead of the usual cookies put chocolate. You can also use dietary cookies or loaves: for example, with the taste of vanilla.
Ingredients
2 tbsp. l. soft butter
1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
1 medium egg
3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. l. flour with baking powder
a pinch of salt
4 tbsp. l. cut marshmallow, pastille or mini-marshmallow
2 tbsp. l. raisins
2 tbsp. l. broken cookies (anyone with neutral taste will do)

Cooking method
Put the butter in a 200 ml mug and heat in the microwave for 10-20 seconds until it melts.
Pour in the cocoa and stir thoroughly, add egg and sugar, whisk with a fork or a whisk.
Put the flour and salt, stir until smooth. Mix in the dough a large part of the marshmallow (marshmallow, pastille), raisins and cookies, put the leftovers on top.
Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes. 20 seconds at a power of 600 W, 2 min. at 800 W or 1 min. 40 seconds at 1000 watts. Let the dessert cool down a little.
Carrot cake
Vegetables are always useful. Try to make a real carrot cake - with peanuts, pecan, raisins and delicious curd cream.
Ingredients
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 medium egg
1 tbsp. l. low-fat milk 1,5-2,5%
1 tbsp. l. extract of vanilla
3 tbsp. l. light brown sugar
4 tbsp. l. flour with baking powder
a pinch of salt
¼ tsp. ground mixture of spices (cloves, nutmeg, piment (clove pepper), cayenne pepper)
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. l. grated carrot
½ st. l. large chopped pecans
½ st. l. raisins
For decoration
2 tbsp. l. curd cheese
1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
1-2 edible decorative carrots

Cooking method
Put butter, egg, milk, vanilla and sugar in a 350 ml mug and whisk all the ingredients with a fork or whisk until smooth.
Pour in salt, flour, a mixture of spices and cinnamon and beat well again. Then, stir in the dough carrots, nuts and raisins.
Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes. 50 seconds. at a power of 600 W, 2 min. 30 seconds at 800 watts or 2 minutes. 10 seconds at 1000 watts. Allow the cake to cool.
For cream, beat the curd cheese with sugar powder and lemon juice until it becomes light and airy.
Spread the cream with a spoon over the cooled cupcake. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, decorate with decorative carrots.
Chocolate cupcake without eggs
If you do not eat eggs, this is not the reason to give up dessert. The dough without the egg turns out to be just as light, porous and tasty as the egg versions.
Ingredients
2 tbsp. l. soft butter
1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. l. low-fat milk 1,5-2,5%
1 tsp. extract of vanilla
3 tbsp. l. light brown sugar
4 tbsp. l. flour with baking powder

Cooking Method

Add flour, salt and a half of chocolate chips, stir well. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the microwave for 1 minute. 45 seconds at a power of 600 W, 1 min. 30 seconds at 800 W or 1 min. 15 seconds at 1000 watts. Allow the cake to cool.
