Lenten pastry - quick recipes with a photo of delicious and sweet baking for tea

oat flakes of fine grinding - 100 g
roasted almonds - 90 g
brown sugar - 70-80 g
rye flour - 50 g
orange juice - 50 ml
liquid honey - 40 ml
olive oil - 40 ml
lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.

Almonds are finely chopped. Mix in the bowl chopped almonds with oat flakes, rye flour and sugar. Add olive oil, honey, orange and lemon juice and knead the dough. Leave it for a few minutes. If desired, you can add dried berries (cranberries, cranberries) or raisins to the dough.
Hands lightly oil and form doughballs are the size of a walnut. Then flatten each ball in a flat cake and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment for baking, lightly oiled.
Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Before serving, let it cool down.
Pastry: biscuits on brine
You can make a very soft and tasty lean cookie without yeast ... on the brine! To prepare this cookie we will need:
flour - 3,5-4 tbsp.
cucumber brine - 1 tbsp.
sugar - 1 tbsp.
refined sunflower oil - 0.5 tbsp.
soda - 1 tsp.
Soda stir in the brine. Add the vegetable oil, sugar and mix. Pour in the flour and knead the soft, elastic dough. Ready dough rolled (not too thin) and cut into squares or cut out cookies with molds. Bake biscuits at a temperature of 160-170 degrees to a golden hue. Such sweet lenten pastry will surely please you and your household!
