Braised chicken with soy sauce
Chicken in oriental style, stewed with soy sauce, garlic and ginger, perfectly matches with a side dish of rice. For greater authenticity, you can even eat chopsticks. To prepare this dish, we will take the following ingredients:
chicken fillet - 600 g
water - 1 tbsp.
soy sauce - 0.25 tbsp.
olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l.
lemon juice - 1 tsp.
grated ginger - 0.5 tsp.
crushed garlic - 0,5 tsp.
vegetable oil (better olive) for frying
green onion - to taste
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Warm up a small amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets for 5-7 minutes. In the bowl, mix the water, soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, sugar, lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Pour the chicken sauce and simmer on medium heat for about 25-30 minutes (until the whole sauce is boiled). Before serving, sprinkle the chicken with finely chopped green onions.
Baked chicken with soy sauce
And how do you feel about a chicken with a ruddy crust baked in a mustard and soy sauce marinade? This dish can be served both on a daily and on a festive table. For its preparation we will need:
800 g of chicken
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
2 tbsp. l. mustard
1 tsp. hops-suneli
1 tsp. powdered sugar
vegetable oil for greasing a baking sheet
My chicken, we dry it with papertowels and cut into portions. Then we prepare the marinade: let the garlic pass through the press, mix it with soy sauce and mustard, add hops-suneli and sugar powder, mix. The resulting marinade rub each piece of chicken, add the chicken in a bowl, pour the remains of the marinade and clean in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Lubricate the tray with vegetable oil andlay out on it pieces of chicken. We cover the baking tray with a foil sheet, bending its edges over the sides of the tray. We put the chicken in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 40-50 minutes. Then remove the foil and return the pan to the oven for a few more minutes, so that the chicken blushes.
Chicken with soy sauce and honey
Instead of mustard in the marinade, you can add honey - you will get a piquant sweetish chicken with a crispy ruddy crust. It is baked with potatoes, so in the end you will get a second dish, and a side dish. Prepare these products:
whole chicken
several medium-sized potatoes
1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tsp. honey
ground black pepper, salt - to taste
vegetable oil
Chicken thoroughly rinsed under a cold runningwith water and a sharp knife, cut in half in the center of the chest. We rub the chicken with salt and pepper inside and outside (too much salt is not necessary, as the soy sauce is salty in itself). Soy sauce is mixed with honey until a homogeneous consistency. The resulting mixture rubbed the chicken, spread it on the oiled baking sheet back up.
My potato, clean, cut into halves andlightly rub the cutting site with salt. Spread the potatoes with a cut down on the baking tray around the chicken. From above, the potatoes are also lubricated with oil, so that it does not dry up.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake inher chicken with potatoes for 50-60 minutes, from time to time watering with outstanding juice. Potatoes should become soft, and the chicken should stop bleeding when pierced. Do not overdo the chicken in the oven, otherwise the meat will be dryish.
