Chicken with rosemary
To prepare a chicken with rosemary, we will need:
chicken meat - 700 g
orange juice - 100 ml
carrots - 2 pcs.
onions - 2 pcs.
orange - 1 pc.
greens rosemary - 4 tbsp.
thyme - 1 tbsp.
mustard - 1 tsp.
olive oil - 2/3 tablespoons.
salt to taste
Chicken meat cut into portions, and in each piece we make 3-4 deep incisions.
Cut the zest from a half of the orange and cut it into small straws. Mix orange juice, olive oil, orange peel, mustard, thyme and salt. We get the marinade.
We clean the onions and carrots. Carrots rub on a large grater, and onions cut into half rings.
Spread portions of chicken in a bowlalong with onions and carrots. Fill meat and vegetables with marinade, sprinkle with rosemary and cover the bowl with food film. We put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, so that the hen is marinated.
