Classic mayonnaise for lean table
Ingredients:
1 glass of water
3 tablespoons lean oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
60 gr of flour
lemon juice (to taste)
salt, sugar
Step-by-Step Recipe:
In flour, stirring constantly, pour in water - the consistency should be similar to a very sparse dough
Put on a small fire and, stirring, bring to a boil
Remove from fire
Blender the butter with mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar
Do not stop whisking a little bit of "stir" flour

Homemade lean nutty mayonnaise

Ingredients:
kernels of peeled nuts (best of all Greek, but, in principle, any fit)
1 st vegetable oil (better than olive oil)
2 spoons of natural vinegar - apple or wine
mustard
salt, sugar
