  • 3 tablespoons lean oil


  • 1 tablespoon of mustard


  • 60 gr of flour


  • lemon juice (to taste)

  6. You should have a thick enough homogeneous mass. This is mayonnaise!



Homemade lean nutty mayonnaise

Ingredients:




  • kernels of peeled nuts (best of all Greek, but, in principle, any fit)


  • 1 st vegetable oil (better than olive oil)


  • 2 spoons of natural vinegar - apple or wine


  • mustard


  • salt, sugar
