Salad of squid with cucumbers and tomatoes



Ingredients:




  • 1 can of squid (canned)


  • 5 pieces of lettuce leaves


  • 1 cucumber


  • 1 tomato


  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice


  • vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper (black)

Step-by-Step Recipe:




  1. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly and dry them with a towel


  2. Grind in any way that is more like: rings, plates, straws, cubes ...


  3. Lettuce leaves to break into small pieces.


  4. All vegetables should be placed in a bowl. Squid from a jar put in a colander, allow to drain the liquid


  5. If necessary - cut the squid into smaller pieces


  6. Share to vegetables

  1. Calamaries clean, rinse and boil for 3-4 minutes
