Sift flour with a baking powder into a deep bowl,we add sugar. We pour in vegetable oil and water and mix well. You should get a dough of a slightly thicker consistency than sour cream. If it's too thick, you can add more water.

Sift flour. Mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl: wheat and rye flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, soda. Constantly stirring, gradually add water, honey, vegetable oil and jam. We knead the dough to homogeneity.



Apples are cleaned and cut into small cubes. Nuts are carefully crushed. Add apples and nuts to the dough and mix thoroughly. The mold with a diameter of 21 cm is lubricated with vegetable oil and baked for 45 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Let the ready cake cool down and cut it into 2 pieces horizontally.

Prepare the custard. In 200 ml of water, pour the sugar and bring to a boil. The remaining 200 ml of water is thoroughly mixed with dry coconut milk and water and a thin trickle pour into boiling water with sugar.
