Porridge in the post
Kashi is the basis of the diet of a person who observes fasting. The only restriction that exists when cooking porridge is refusal of milk and butter. But from this they do not become less tasty and useful. We suggest you cook on our recipes buckwheat, pumpkin and pea porridge.
Buckwheat porridge
Ingredients:
1 tbsp buckwheat
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tbsp water
vegetable oil
salt
Step-by-Step Recipe:
Croup must be cleaned and rinsed first

Pumpkin porridge
This porridge turns out to be equally delicious both in the oven and in the multivark. We offer you both cooking options.
Ingredients:
1 tb of millet
3 tbsp water
1/2 kg of pumpkin
2 tablespoons sugar
1 h spoon of salt
Step-by-Step Recipe:
Millet thoroughly rinse and soak for 30 minutes (to prevent bitterness)
Pump the pumpkin and grind with a blender or grate
Let's stir the pumpkin into the bowl of the multivark, add a little water and warm up in the "quenching" mode for 10 minutes.
We add millet, sugar, salt and water.
We cook in the "porridge" mode for 40 minutes.
If we cook in the oven - put the pumpkin and millet in a saucepan, immediately add sugar, salt and water.
We place in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.

Pea porridge with vegetables
This lean porridge not only diversifies the table of the fasting person, but also becomes a wonderful side dish on ordinary days.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon peas (dried)
2 tbsp water
1 piece of onion and carrot
cilantro, dill, salt
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
Step-by-Step Recipe:
Peas to rinse and soak hours for 5, if it's whole, or hours for 3, if crushed
If necessary, add water to its level was 2 cm above the cereal
Cook on low heat under the lid (do not forget to remove the foam when it starts to boil)
Carrots rub on a small grater and add to the brewing peas
Onion finely chopped and add to porridge
Brews 50 minutes
Before turning off the gas, add salt to the pan, lean oil and shredded greens.
