  • sour cream or mayonnaise - 100 g

  • tomatoes - 2 pieces

  • spices, salt and pepper


Cooking method:



  • cut thin slices of zucchini and salt. Squeeze the garlic and combine it with the oil. Pour into zucchini and season with a little spices. Thoroughly mix everything, separate half of zucchini and put into shape;
