potatoes - 600 g
fresh or frozen mushrooms - 350 g
cheese - 150 g
onion - 150 g
sour cream with a fat content of 10-20% (can be replaced with mayonnaise)
cooking oil for frying
salt, pepper - to taste
Mushrooms for cooking casserole can be takenany - champignons, white, honey agarics, chanterelles, etc. If the mushrooms are fresh, we first clean them and rinse them. Cook the mushrooms until ready (if the mushrooms are ready, they should begin to settle on the bottom).
We boil the potatoes until they are ready in uniform. Meanwhile, onions are cleaned, cut into half rings and fried in vegetable oil. We cut the prepared potatoes, clean and cut them in circles. Cheese (hard or semisolid) rub on the middle grater.
We take a ceramic, clay or glass moldfor baking. At the bottom of the form we spread half the potatoes, slightly salt and pepper, and then grease with sour cream or mayonnaise. The next layer is laid mushrooms, salt again, pepper and grease sour cream. Then we put fried onions and the last layer - the second half of the potatoes. fresh mushrooms (better than chanterelle) - 450 g
loaf - 250 g
sausage cheese - 200 g
sour cream - 100 g
meat broth - 50 ml
onions - 1 pc.

greens (dill, parsley), ground black pepper, salt - to taste

Mushrooms are cleaned, mine and cut into pieces. We clean onions and finely chopped onions. Fry the onion and mushrooms in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil until golden. Pour into the pan meat broth, add sour cream, stir, salt and pepper. Bring the mushrooms with onion to a boil and cook for about three minutes. Remove the frying pan from the heat and cool it at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes.
Cheese three on a large grater. Two-thirds of the cheese is added to the cooled mushrooms and mix thoroughly. The form for baking is lubricated with oil and we put into it a diced loaf. On the loaf we spread a mixture of mushrooms and cheese, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes. Ready casserole cut into pieces in the number of portions and sprinkle with chopped greens.

We add minced parsley to minced meat, mix and put in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
