Approximate menu of a child up to four years old

If at the age of up to a year and even up to two years inthe baby's ration basically includes a variety of purees, cereals and cream soups, then at the age of two to four years you can start giving him cutlets and croquettes with different side dishes. But all the same, the younger the child, the softer the food should be. At this age it is still too early to give up mashed potatoes, and hard fruits and vegetables need to continue to grate.
The approximate menu of the child at this age suggests five meals a day:
- first breakfast - 8 hours
- breakfast - 10 hours
- lunch - 11 hours
- Afternoon snack - 14 hours
- dinner - 19 hours
Of course, the feeding time is very conditional - if necessary, you can shift the hours of food intake depending on your child's day schedule. The suggested menu is for seven days.

As you can see, this is the approximate menu of the child a bitless varied than the menu for younger children due to the fact that the diet of some days is repeated. However, no one prevents you from diversifying it yourself - we gave you an approximate landmark, and then you can change and improve the child's menu the way you want.
