Approximate menu of the child up to one year

It fits a child from 9 to 12 months old. This approximate child menu is designed for six feedings in a day:
- first feeding - 7-8 hours
- second feeding - 10 hours
- breakfast - 11 hours
- lunch - 14 hours
- afternoon snack - 18 hours
- dinner - 21-22 hours
In addition to breast milk, a child's menu for up to a yearcontains fresh vegetables, fruits and fruit juices, cereals, jelly. Remember that food at this age should be liquid and homogeneous, and new foods in the diet should be introduced gradually, so that the child is used to unusual food for him, and also to check if the child has allergies.
