Lying on the back:

To stretch out your arms, raise your legs. Perform a "boat", rocking back and forth.

For the treatment and prevention of scoliosis in adults, all exercises recommended for children should be applied, adding more complex ones.

Standing, spread your legs very wide. Tilt your body to the side. In the meantime, one hand drops to the floor or leans against a chair, and the other pulls up. Pull the body in the direction of curvature.
Standing on all fours, raise and stretch the right hand in front of you, and the left leg - back parallel to the floor. After a few seconds, change the arm and leg to the opposite.
Lie on the floor on the side, on the side of the curvature. In the waist area, place a small pillow or roller. The lower leg should be straight, and the upper one - bent at the knee. The upper arm should be placed parallel to the floor behind the head. This position is fixed for a few seconds, then relax.
