Starvation on the water

To the question of curative fasting should be treated fairly responsibly and seriously. Therefore, it is advisable to consult withdoctor, if you decide to starve for a couple of days. There are a number of contraindications, which should be taken into account by everyone who wants to fast on the water. Do not go hungry if you have an exacerbation of chronic diseases, tuberculosis, various tumors, infectious diseases or Graves' disease.
It's best to arrange yourself day of fasting on the water during the weekend. This is due to the fact that on working days of the weekthe body has its own specific needs, which will be supplemented by the energy received from food. Therefore it is desirable to arrange a starvation on the water, starting from Saturday evening. If you are sure that you can go hungry on any other day, you can choose one-, three-, and five-day fasting.
What is starvation on the water? Unlike simple unloading days, you will drink only water, infusions of herbs and dog rose. Since no food can not be dispensed with in any way, during fasting on the water it is allowed to eat 250-300 grams of fresh fruits and vegetables twice a day.
During fasting, closely monitor the amount of water consumed. When you sit on such a diet, the dailythe water dose will be 1.5-2.5 liters. Very often, water can linger in the body, leading to swelling of the tissues. Therefore, every day should measure the difference between the amount of water and excreted urine. Also in this difference, it should be noted that at normal temperature from the surface of the skin evaporates 800-900 ml of fluid per day.
If you decide to take a course of fasting on the water, you can choose between one-, three- and five-day diets. On the eve of the onset of fasting,laxative (infusion of bark of buckthorn). In the morning they put an enema to completely clean the intestines. Cleansing enema is put every day during fasting. It is recommended to use decoctions of herbs for this: sage, St. John's wort or chamomile.
During fasting on water Do not limit yourself to the amount of water you drink (only if there is no fluid retention in the body). Every morning after enema, you should do gymnastics and then take a shower. Rest every 1.5-2 hours for 10 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to smoke or stay in a smoking room. Also, one should not forget that it is advisable not to swallow saliva during fasting.
After any fasting it is very important to get out right from it. If you decide to spend only one daystarvation on the water, the way out of it will be very simple. Eat only juices, fruits, vegetables, porridge with a little oil or cottage cheese and a few bread crumbs of black bread.
If you spent three days on the water, we recommend you such a way out of starvation:</ p>
- First day. In the morning, drink a glass of water or a dilutejuice. After 20 minutes, a little soaked prunes or figs. For breakfast, eat 100 g grated carrots with yogurt or yogurt, 100 grams of buckwheat or oatmeal and a couple of slices of crispy bread. After 2 hours, drink a decoction of mint, dog rose or St. John's wort with a teaspoon of honey. For lunch, eat 150 grams of cabbage and carrot salad, vegetable soup and vegetables stewed on milk. Instead of vegetables, you can eat 150-200 g of mashed potatoes. For dinner, you can eat 1-2 apples and drink a glass of curdled milk. Between meals, you also need to eat 3 more apples.
- Second day. In the morning, drink the same as the first day. Breakfast is also no different from the diet of the first day, but you can still add 10 g of butter. For lunch in your meal, add a little garlic and 10 g of butter. For dinner, also eat apples and drink curdled milk. It is also necessary to add 2-3 walnut kernels.
- The third day. For breakfast, prepare the same as in the previousdays. You can add 20 g of butter in the porridge and 4-6 cores of walnuts. For lunch, eat vegetable soup, 100 grams of stewed vegetables, a salad of fresh vegetables, seasoned with sunflower oil, 100 g of stale bread and 30 g of cottage cheese. For dinner it is allowed to eat 50 g of cottage cheese, a salad of cucumbers and fresh cabbage, seasoned with sunflower oil. Also, drink a glass of curdled milk or kefir and eat some nuts.</ p>
If you have 4-5 days on fasting, the first two days of output, spend on vegetable broths and water diluted with juices. You can also eat a small amount of grated apples. Then spend the remaining three days on the above scheme.
