A wonderful dish for the New Year's table. To prepare it you will need:

  1. Put all the spinach in a saucepan and cook 6minutes, then pour it into a colander and rinse with cold water. Squeeze a handful of spinach in your hand so that all the water flows out. Slice the clumps into large pieces.
