Caviar Sauce

Therefore, you can always find for yourself something that suits you and your family budget. We offer you several options for cooking caviar sauce.
Caviar sauce with cucumber
Preparing this sauce with caviar very quickly, and you can serve it with pancakes or with smoked or baked salmon. In any case, the result will always please you. To prepare the caviar sauce you will need such ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 tbsp. Peeled from the skin and seeds of chopped pulp of cucumber
- 100 g of black caviar
In a small container mix the sour cream and choppedcucumber. From the lemon squeeze the juice and add it to sour cream and cucumber. Stir well the mixture. Store the finished sauce in the refrigerator. Before serving, add the caviar to the sauce and mix it gently.
Cream and caviar sauce
We suggest you cook a delicious caviar sauce, which is great for serving with salmon, artichokes and mashed potatoes. To prepare the sauce you will need such products:
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 225 ml fresh cream
- 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp. l. chopped dill
- 1 pinch of ground white pepper
- 100 g of Pinagoras caviar (can be substituted for any other red caviar)
In a small dish, mix the cream, sour cream,mayonnaise, dill and white pepper. Then add caviar and carefully mix the sauce so that the eggs are not damaged. Cover the dishes with sauce food film or lid and put in the refrigerator. This caviar sauce should be infused for at least an hour before serving.
Sauce with red caviar
We offer you another version of caviar sauce, which you can prepare at home. You will need the following ingredients:
- 3/4 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 tbsp. oily cream
- 2 tbsp. l. fine-grained red caviar
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Mix sour cream, cream, garlic, caviar and blackpepper in a small container. Gently stir the sauce so as not to damage the eggs. Put the sauce in the refrigerator to cool it down. Before serving, put a spoon in the sauce and sprinkle it on top with a small amount of caviar and lemon zest.
