  • 150 ml of oxen

  • 3 tsp. vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 300 g of chicken meat

  • 1/2 red salad onion

  • 1 green pepper

  • 200 g of mushrooms

  • 200 g of mozzarella

  • salt

  • 1/4 tsp. oregano


First, mix the dough for pizza. In the sifted flour, beat the egg and pour in warm water with a pinch of salt dissolved in it. Knead the dough. It should not be too soft, but it should not stick to your hands either. If you make the dough too steep, then the closed pizza will be a bit dryish.



When the dough is ready, take care of the filling. Chicken cut into pieces and fry in oil. Separately fry the mushrooms. Cool all the stuffing. Only then can you use it to make a cake.



Roll out the dough and place it on a greasedwith oil pan. Now the dough should be smeared with sauce. This can be any sauce that you choose. Then spread the filling on the pizza: chicken, mushrooms, salad onion, green pepper, mozzarella. Fold the pizza and tighten the edges tightly. Now the dough should be smeared with a beaten egg and sprinkled with oregano. The closed pizza is baked for 12-18 minutes at a temperature of 240 ° C.
