Dough: 200 g of flour, 30 g of sugar, 150 g of butter, 1 egg.
Filling: 6-8 ripe tomatoes, salt, ground black pepper, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 4 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise, 80 g of cheese, parsley and dill.
Pre-chilled butter to chop,fill up the flour, sugar, add the egg and knead the non-dough batter. Place it for half an hour in the refrigerator. Then thinly roll out and lay on a baking sheet, slightly curling the sides of the pizza. Wash tomatoes carefully and cut into rings across (the thickness of the rings is 1.5-2 cm). Evenly put the tomatoes on the baking tray with the dough, salt, pepper, sprinkle finely chopped garlic and greens. Pour pizza with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
