Pizza with fresh cucumbers under sour cream
Dough: 300 g of yeast dough.
Filling: 400 g of fresh cucumber, 250 ml of sour cream, salt, spices, 10 g of butter.
Cut cucumbers as thin as possible with rings. Form a cake from the dough, grease it with butter and put on it ringlets. Add salt, add spices. Pick up the edges of the pizza. Drink a small amount of sour cream. Bake until cooked in an oven or microwave oven at medium temperature.
