Lenten pasties - cooking recipes with a photo
The table will not do without pies. Instant pies can be prepared from yeast and unleavened pastry, with sweet and savory fillings. Recipes of pies from lean dough is divided into the Country of Soviets.

Lenten patties with cabbage
Try to cook pirozhki with cabbage from a lean yeast dough. For their preparation we will need the following products.
For the test
wheat flour - 4 tbsp.
water - 1 tbsp.
vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
yeast - 1 packet of dried or 20 g of fresh
salt - 0.5 tsp.

For filling
cabbage - 1 average head
onion - 0.5 kg
cooking oil for frying
salt, spices - to taste
Yeast and sugar are bred in a glass of warm water. Flour sift into a saucepan. As soon as foam appears on the surface of the water, pour the yeast into a pan with flour. Add the salt and knead the dough, at the very end pour into it a warm vegetable oil. We make sure that the dough is homogeneous, without lumps. If the dough suddenly comes out too steep, add a little water. Cover the pan with a towel and put it in a warm place to make the dough come up.
In the meantime, we are preparing a cabbage filling. Cabbage shred, onions finely chopped. Spread the cabbage with onions in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Solim and season to taste.
Approached dough kneaded. The board is sprinkled with flour, we spread the dough on it and we make pies with cabbage. We spread the patties on a baking sheet and let them stand up in the warmth for a while. The top of the pies is greased with a weak tea brew and baked until ready in the preheated oven.

Lenten patties with mushrooms
Mushrooms during the fasting period are quite capable of replacing meat - if not to taste, then by satiety so precisely. Prepare your household for lean patties with mushrooms. For this we will need such products.
For the test
flour - 500 g
warm water - 1 tbsp.
vegetable oil - 100 ml
sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
dry yeast - 1 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
For filling
champignons - 600 g
onions - 200 g
cooking oil for frying
salt, pepper - to taste
Dough is kneaded for pies, as in the previousrecipe, lean (it should turn out to be soft and gentle), cover with a towel and leave it to come three times. For the filling, chop the mushrooms and onions, salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil until cooked. We let the filling cool (it should not be hot, but warm).
Approached the dough is divided into 10 parts and sculptedpies with mushrooms. Cover them with a towel and put it for a quarter of an hour to proof. Lubricate the patties with strong and sweet tea brew. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake pies 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Ready pies are covered with a towel and leave for a quarter of an hour - so they will be softer.
Lenten patties with apples
Lenten patties can be cooked with sweetfillings. Perhaps, one of the most accessible sweet fillings is apple. To make pies with apple-nut filling, we will take such ingredients.
For the test
500 g of wheat flour
1.5 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
a packet of dry yeast
For filling
250 g of apples
70 g walnuts
50 g of sugar or powdered sugar
cinnamon to taste
Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add water, yeast and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. We knead the dough, add the remaining oil, mix again and put it in a warm place. When the dough rises, we knead it and again leave it to rise. We do it two or three times.
We put up the dough on a flour-poured table, divide into balls weighing about 50 grams, cover them with a napkin or food film and leave them for 10 minutes to lightly rise.
Meanwhile, my apples, clean, removeseed box and finely chopped. Pour apples with sugar or sugar powder, add crushed walnuts, mix. Balls from the dough are rolled out, put the filling on the center, sprinkle with cinnamon. We protect the edges of the pies.
We cover the baking tray with vegetable oil, put pies on it, leave it for 5-10 minutes for proofing. Lubricate the patties with sweetened water and bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 10 degrees.
