Jam-five-minute-old from apples
One of the fastest ways to prepare apples for the winter is to cook a quick jam (jam-five minutes). How to prepare five-minute apple? The country of the Soviets offers several recipes.
Five-minute out of apples: 1 version
Here is the first recipe for apple jam-five minutes. For its preparation we will need only two ingredients:
apples (peeled and peeled) - 1 kg
sugar - 200 g
My apples, peel and removethe core. Pulp cut into pieces in size 1,5-2 cm and fall asleep with sugar. We leave the apples for about an hour, so they let the juice. From time to time you need to stir them.
When apples are allowed enough juice, we put them onsmall fire and bring to a boil. They need to constantly stir vigorously, otherwise the jam can burn. We put the prepared jam into sterilized glass jars, roll them up with lids.

There is another way to prepare a jam-five-minute apple. In this case, apples do not need to be filled with sugar in advance, because they are crushed in puree. To prepare the jam, we will stock up with such products:
fresh apples - 3 kg
sugar - 2 tbsp.
My apples, we clean from the core and grind it with the help of a food processor or rub it on a large grater. Having moistened the bottom of the enameled basin with water, we spread apples into it and cover them with sugar.
Preheat the apples to a boil over a small fire,stirring constantly. Cook for five to seven minutes with a weak boil, then quickly shift the jam into sterilized jars and immediately roll. Let's cool down, covering the banks with a blanket.
Five minutes of apples with oranges
You can add an apple-jam five-minute orange to give it a light citrus flavor. For this jam we take the following ingredients:
apples (without peel and seeds) - 1 kg
sugar - 1 kg
orange (large) - 1 pc.
Sugar is poured into the container for cookingjam. The orange is carefully washed and passed through the meat grinder along with the peel (after cutting it into slices and removing the bones). Peeled from the peel and seeds of apples, cut into cubes. We put apples and orange in a container with sugar, mix it.
Bring to a boil over low heat, the time fromstirring so that the jam is not burnt. We boil for five minutes, lay out on sterile cans and roll. We put the lids down and let it cool down.
Apple filling for pies in five minutes
This option of quick jam is best used as a filling for pies, patties and other baked goods. To prepare this jam we will need:
3 kg of sour apples
2 tbsp. Sahara
We start to prepare the jam from the evening. Apples are washed, cleaned from the core and cut into slices. We put it in a jam preparation container, fill it with sugar and leave it overnight.
In the morning we put a container with apples on medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After boiling, cook for five minutes, put it into pre-sterilized jars, roll it up.
