Put the slices in the bowl and put on "quenching", for 1 hour time.
While the fruit is being stewed, prepare the jars forjams: they and their lids should be washed and, preferably, sterilized with boiling water. After 20 minutes, add sugar, gently stir, trying not to scratch the bowl. Continue quenching by observing the sugar - once all the grains have dissolved, mix again thoroughly. You will need apples, lemons, oranges and sugar. If you do a small portion, several times for one person, for example, or to eat it with the whole family almost immediately, take these foods in such proportions: two apples and two lemon (small), one orange and 150 grams of sugar. This is a special type of jam - not very sweet, it fits well with tea in the morning, and for those who want to reduce the daily use of sweets.
It has a pleasant sourish-fruity taste, but ifjust want to take more sugar. Wash all the fruits and clean them. Then cut it finely (for example, with cubes), trying not to lose the juice, and then put it in a bowl and pour it on sugar. Put the "jam" mode for an hour and a half, if you have this function, or "quenching" for the same time. Periodically stir the jam.
How to cook apple jam with cinnamon in a multivark
For this recipe, take 1 kg of apples (betterwhole sweet and sour, with dense pulp), 500 g of sugar, half a lemon, 100 ml of water and a cinnamon stick. Wash the apples and cut them into small cubes. Fold in the bowl. Half a lemon cut into 2-3 large pieces and juice of them sprinkle the sliced apples. It is not necessary to peel lemon from the peel!
Smooth in a coffee grinder a cinnamon stick and pourthere, in apples, cinnamon powder. You can also just break the wand and put large pieces of cinnamon into the bowl, but then you have to pull them out. Add sugar and pour in water. Put on the "jam" or "quenching" for an hour and 10 minutes.
