Light breakfast

Light breakfast: Scandinavian muesli
To make breakfast quickly and delicious, it is not necessary to look for different recipes. Stop your choice on tasty and useful muesli, the taste of which will help you to diversify the various ingredients. To prepare such muesli, you will need:
- 2 tbsp. oatmeal (not fast food)
- 2/3 tbsp. wheat flakes
- 1/3 tbsp. chopped into large slices of almonds
- 2 tbsp. l. coconut chips
- 1/2 tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp. l. honey
- cinnamon on the tip of a knife
To prepare useful and nutritious muesli,Cook oats and wheat flakes in a small amount of water. Before the ready porridge, remove it from the heat and add raisins, almonds and coconut shavings. Let your porridge a little infused. In ready muesli add vanilla extract and cinnamon and pour honey.
Light breakfast: fried eggs
Turn a common fried egg fried into a very tasty and healthy dish. And help you in this kind of ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 50 g of champignons
- spinach leaves
- 1/2 bell pepper
- greenery
We suggest that you start with vegetables first. Fry tomato in a pan without oil. In another pan, fry together the mushrooms and half of the Bulgarian pepper. In the vegetables, add two eggs and continue frying the eggs. Put eggs and tomatoes on a plate. Add to your light breakfast a little spinach leaves and any greens to taste.
Light breakfast: a la parfait
Parfait can be served as a breakfast and even dessert, because there are a lot of cooking options for this dish. To prepare breakfast you will need such ingredients:
- muesli
- honey
- yogurt
- fruit
The proposed parfait version can not be calledtruly French, because initially this dessert is made from whipped cream with vanilla and sugar. But what does not allow us to experiment and serve as a parfaite delicious and light breakfast? Mix muesli with honey and bake them in the oven until cooked. In a bowl with high sides, in which you will serve breakfast, lay out your dish in layers. The first layer - muesli, the second - yogurt, the third - any fruit. From above, you can pour your dish with honey or any other syrup to your liking.
Light breakfast: croutons
We suggest you also try to prepare very light and delicious croutons that you will serve with fruit. To prepare a light breakfast you will need:
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- black and red currants
- 2 canned peaches
- 1 tbsp. l. peach syrup
- 40 g of butter
- 50 ml of milk
Melt the butter in the frying pan. Whisk the egg in a bowl. Slice bread first dip into milk, and then into the egg. Fry your croutons on both sides. While stir-fried toast, divide peaches into halves and remove pits. Cut the peaches into small slices and mix them with the currant. On the ready toast, put the fruits and pour them with peach syrup.
