Vegetable diet for weight loss is very simple: there is no strict menu, the main rule - during the day to eat about one and a half kilograms of various vegetables. A set of vegetables depends solely on your preferences, because someone is crazy about Bulgarian pepper, and someone hates it. But it is desirable to follow several recommendations:
The wider the assortment of vegetables, the better.
It is advisable to include vegetables of different colors in the diet.
Vegetables should be eaten raw or steamed; you can cook and stew, but it is undesirable (some vitamins are "killed"), you can not fry.
You can cook salad from vegetables (onlyfill them with fatty sour cream or mayonnaise, and vegetable oil, vinegar, lemon juice, or lean sour cream as a last resort). Do not overlook your attention vegetable soups (on vegetable broth, and not on meat broth) and fresh juices.
Eat should be five to six times a day at regular intervals. Breakfast and lunch should be more saturated,than the second breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. But do not be too addicted to a vegetable diet. In vegetables, very few carbohydrates - the main source of energy for body cells. Therefore, it is not recommended to sit on the vegetablediet, if you plan to engage in mental or physical labor: a deficiency of carbohydrates reduces productivity. If from a lack of carbohydrates you get dizzy, eat some muesli or raisins.

Vegetable diet for weight loss: the first option
This is a fairly strict diet, so you should not sit on it for a long time.
First breakfast: oat flakes with skim milk or low-fat yogurt, carrot salad.
Lunch: cucumber (1 piece).
Dinner: boiled potatoes with vegetable oil (2 pcs.), salad from vegetables, a slice of rye bread.
Afternoon snack: red bell pepper (1 pc.).
Dinner: vegetable salad with vegetable oil.
Vegetable diet for weight loss: the second option
This option is less strict than the previous one, so it can last a little longer.
Breakfast: 125 g of low-fat cottage cheese, vegetable salad, 1-2 pieces of rye bread, tea or coffee without sugar.
Dinner: low-fat soup (light vegetable soup, beetroot or okroshka), boiled meat (red turkey meat or lean beef) with a garnish of 3 tablespoons. green peas, vegetable salad.
Dinner: 125 g of low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat yogurt without additives, vegetable salad, seasoned with 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 1-2 fruits (any), 1-2 pieces of rye bread.
Fruit and vegetable diet
And in this version of the diet in the menu in large quantities also includes fruit.
Breakfast: fruit salad from fresh fruit with 2 tbsp. low-fat yogurt, a cup of green tea without sugar.
Dinner: boiled rice or pasta with vegetables or tomato paste (100 g), a glass of tomato juice without salt.
Afternoon snack: any fruit, a glass of fruit juice without sugar.
Dinner: vegetable salad with vegetable oil (preferably olive), fish (100 g).
Before bedtime: a glass of skim milk or kefir.
