Eggs are well beaten to a homogeneous mass, thengradually added to them sugar and sunflower oil. Anis should be crushed slightly and also added to the egg mixture. Flour, soda and salt are mixed together and gradually poured into the egg mixture, continuing to whisk until smooth. There also add nuts.
The finished dough is spread on the baking tray. Form a thin strip of dough 5-7 mm thick, 2 cm wide. Bake the dough in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 375 ° C.
After 20 minutes, the baking is removed from the oven,cool for 2 minutes and cut into thin sticks. The pieces are turned over and baked again at 375 ° C for 10 minutes until the baking turns golden brown.
Chicherata

Whipped egg whites are gently introduced into the dough and mixed with a wooden spoon. The resulting dough should be soft and elastic. If the dough is too liquid, you can add a little flour. If too dry, add a little liquor.
The resulting dough is cut into small piecesthe size of chick peas (chick peas) and roll into small balls. In the frying pan, the remaining amount of olive oil is heated to 325 ° C. At this temperature, the dough is fried until golden. Spread the fried balls on a paper towel to remove excess oil. The dough is placed on 8 serving plates. Top with almonds and finely chopped candied fruits.
In a separate saucepan, heat the orange juice andadd honey to it. A zest of oranges, cut into strips, is added to the juice with honey. The resulting sauce is watered every portion of the dessert. - 25 g of oil
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
- a peel of half a lemon and an orange

- olive oil for frying
For seasoning:
- 300 g of honey
- 150 g of sugar
- 80 ml of water
- 50 g of candied almonds
- 4 canned cherries
- 50 g of candied fruits from orange, lemon and melon
Knead soft dough, cover it with a towel,so that it will stay at least an hour. From the dough thin thin flagellum with a thickness of little finger is rolled out, which is cut into small pieces about 1 cm long. The pieces of the dough are fried in warmed olive oil. Finished pieces are removed and allow excess oil to drain.
In the wok (Chinese frying pan)put honey, sugar and pour water. All is well mixed until a uniform syrup is formed. Such a syrup should be heated until the foam on it begins to turn yellow.
