Calamari with sweet pepper
To prepare this dish, take the following ingredients:
- squids - 5 pcs.
- sweet pepper - 5 pcs.
- egg - 2 pcs.
- onion - 100 g
- bread crumbs - 60 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- Butter - 30 g
- flour - 30 g
- salt, ground pepper - to taste
Rinse the prepared squid and chop them. You can just cut them very finely, or you can pass them through a meat grinder (it's best to choose a meat grinder with a fine grate). Onion peel, finely chop and combine with crushed squid. Add 30 g of vegetable oil and flour to the bowl, season with salt, pepper and mix well.
Cut the sweet pepper along, peel off the seedsand rinse thoroughly with cold water. Eggs beat and stir well. Fill the halves of peppers with minced meat from squid, dip in eggs and roll in ground breadcrumbs. Pepper is fried in vegetable oil from two sides to rouge. This will take about 20 minutes. Before frying the pan you need to warm up well! Then bring the pepper in the oven until cooked.
Before serving, lay squid with pepper on a dish and pour melted butter.
