Pike perch stuffed

For stuffing
Eggs - 3 pieces, garlic - 5 lobules, onion green - 1 bunch.
Cooking method
Eggs are hard boiled, cooled, cleaned and finely chopped together with green onions and garlic.
The fish are cleaned, gutted, thoroughly washed,salt, pepper and fill with cooked stuffing, the cut is fastened with wooden skewers. Then fish dipped in beaten eggs, breaded in breadcrumbs and fried in olive oil.
The ready fish is cut and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
