Moscow chocolate sausage

No one would ever have guessed that "Moscow" sausage can be ... chocolate. This unusual delicious dessert is suitable for a family tea-drinking or a friendly conversation under
a cup of coffee. The Country of Soviets is sure that chocolate sausage will appeal to everyone without exception, even the most fastidious connoisseurs of sweet.
Moscow chocolate sausage
200 g of ordinary shortbread cookie (such as "Hello") or corn sticks
300 g of nuts (for every taste)
100 g of butter
100 g of margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons cocoa
paper, cellophane or foil
Cooking method:
Crumble the cookies into small pieces and mix them with chopped nuts.
In the enamelware, sugar is mixed with cocoa, and add to this mass of eggs. All is good to grind.
Melt butter and margarine in a separate mug, and pour into the dishes with sugar, cocoa and eggs. Stirring, hold on a small fire until boiling.
As soon as the mixture boils - pour into it cooked crushed cookies or nuts with nuts. Stir and remove from heat.
Ready the mass in a hot form, put a spoon on prepared paper, covered with cellophane or foil. Lay out in such a way that the sweet mass can be
to form sausage. Tightly wrap in a roll. Chocolate sausage should be about 6-7 cm in diameter.
Put it in the cold, but not in the freezer. When our sausage is almost frozen, roll it on the table so that it takes the correct round shape.
Before serving, expand the ready-made culinary sample of perfection and cut it into rings with a width of 1.5-2 cm.
Moscow chocolate sausage to taste and looks like sherbet. This dessert is so delicious that eaten much faster than it is prepared.
