Salmon with orangesThe Country of Soviets offers you another recipe for a festive table on the Day of All Lovers. Salmon with oranges - a very original dish, which is sure to please your second half.






Salmon with oranges



To prepare this dish we take the following ingredients:



  • 800 g of salmon fillet (4 pieces of 200 g)

  • 200 ml broth

  • 100 ml of white wine

  • 100 ml of vegetable oil

  • 50 g of honey

  • 4 tablespoons water

  • 3 oranges

  • 2 tablespoons Sahara

  • 2 tablespoons liquor Cointreau

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. potato starch

  • salt, pepper - to taste

  • grease



Fill with vegetable oil salmon fillet, salt it, pepper and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.



Remove the peel from one orange withshallow grater. Add the zest in honey, pour vinegar and leave for a few minutes on a warm plate. The water is heated with sugar until the syrup gets a consistency of caramel. We connect caramel with orange peel.



Then we prepare the sauce. Wine, broth and juice of half an orange is heated in a saucepan, cover with a lid and leave for 40 minutes on a small fire. Starch is bred in juice, squeezed out of a half an oranges, pour the diluted starch into the sauce and add the same liqueur.



The pan is greased with grease, we spread on it a salmon fillet, we pour a marinade,

cover with foil and fry for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. We serve the fillet of salmon with the sauce, decorating it with caramelized zest.
