Lush pancakes on yeast Sometimes I so want to pamper myself and my familysimple and favorite dish from far childhood, which was prepared by our dear grandmothers, and which causes continuous positive emotions. The country of the Soviets will share a proven recipe and tell, how to cook lavish pancakes on yeast.

Lush pancakes on yeast

To make such pancakes, you will need:

  • dry fast-acting yeast "Saf-Moment" - 1 tablespoon;

  • wheat flour - 2 cups;

  • sugar - 3 table. spoons;

  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon;

  • warm boiled water.

We sift the flour into a bowl, in which we willprepare the dough. To do this, it is better to take a 2-3 liter pot with high sides. Add dry yeast, sugar and salt to the flour. Mix everything. Now you need to pour warm water into our dry mixture, stirring all the time, so that the dough becomes a consistency such as thick sour cream. If the dough suddenly turned liquid - do not worry, add a little more flour for denseness. Cover our kneaded dough and put it in a warm place for 1 hour. After this time, the dough should rise strongly.

Now reheat the frying pan along withvegetable oil (it is better to take a refined, odorless) and put a dough into it in a wet spoon. First, fry on one side on high heat for about a minute and without a lid, then turn the pancakes, close the lid and reduce the heat. The second side of the pancakes is fried for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

You can slightly modify this recipe. For example, to make the same lush fritters with yeast with filling, both with sweet and salty.

This is very simple: as soon as you put the dough on a frying pan, immediately sprinkle each of the fritters on top with any stuffing - twisted with boiled meat or rubbed apples with sugar. Fill the filling with a small amount of dough - add a spoon from the pan. The second side fry as usual - under the lid for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
