  • Pancakes made from sour milk are verylush, but sour milk can be replaced with "ordinary" or kefir. Kefir for baking needs as much as sour milk, or 2 cups, and "regular" milk - ¾ of the amount of sour, or 1.5 cups.

  • The dough must be sieved before adding the baking powder.

  • Before adding the disintegrant, it is necessary to determineconsistency of dough. This parameter depends on the quality of the flour and the fat content of the milk. Therefore, if you notice that the dough is liquid, add a little flour to it, and if thick - milk.
