Recipe number 1. Quick and easy


The very name "khachapuri" is literally translated as"Bread" and "cheese". Therefore, you will not find any new stuff for them other than cheese. We offer you one of the most popular and favorite recipes. They are prepared very quickly and simply. You can easily treat yourself to such goodies for breakfast or dinner. It will not take much time or energy.


Necessary ingredients:



  • hard cheese - 300 g

  • eggs - 2 pieces

  • greens of dill - 150 g

  • sour cream or natural yogurt - 200 g

  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.

  • cooking oil for frying

  • Butter - 30 g

  • salt - to taste.


Cooking method:



  1. hard cheese grate on a large grater;

  2. greens rinse and finely chopped;

  3. in a bowl, mix the cheese, greens, eggs, flour, yogurt, salt and knead the dough;

  4. on the heated frying pan pour out the mass and fry it from two sides to a golden crust.


Serve these cakes with slices of butter.

Recipe number 2. Khachapuri on yogurt


Traditionally, Georgian tortillas are prepared on kefir or any other dairy product. Try to bake khachapuri in the oven, so they turn out to be even crispy and appetizing.


Necessary ingredients:



  • hard cheese (Adyghe cheese, brynza) - 500 g

  • eggs - 1 pc

  • greens of dill - 100 g

  • kefir - 200 g

  • wheat flour - 0,5 kg

  • vegetable oil - 40 g

  • soda - 1 tsp.

  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

  • sugar - 1 tsp.


Cooking method:



  1. first of all, we will do dough. To do this, mix kefir with sugar, salt, soda and add sifted flour;

  2. the dough should get sticky. We wrap it in a food film or in a plastic bag and leave "to rest" for 30-40 minutes at room temperature;

  3. In the meantime, let's deal with the filling. Cheese rub on a large grater and mix with finely chopped herbs and egg;

  4. the dough is divided into 4 parts. Roll out and put the stuffing. We form a cake;

  5. ready cakes spread on a baking sheet, previously lubricated with vegetable oil, and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.


For the filling you can take any greens that you like more.

Recipe number 3. Khachapuri from yeast dough


Necessary ingredients:



  • cheese (brynza + suluguni) - 600 g

  • eggs - 2 pieces

  • greens of dill - 200 g

  • dry yeast - 1 tsp.

  • wheat flour - 0,5 kg

  • vegetable oil - 50 g

  • Butter - 80 g

  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

  • sugar - 1 tsp.


Cooking method:



  1. for the yeast dough in warm water we add sugar, salt and yeast. Leave everything for 15-20 minutes;

  2. in the spoon we add vegetable oil, egg, flour and knead the soft dough;

  3. cheese rubbed and mixed with eggs and dill;

  4. dough rolled into a thin bowl, in the middle of the spoon lay out the filling and consolidate the edges of the envelope;

  5. we send it to the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
