To prepare this pie we will take such products.
For the test:
flour - 1 tbsp.
dry yeast - 1 sachet (you can replace 20 g of fresh yeast)
sugar - 1 pinch
milk - 0.5 tbsp.
egg - 1 pc.
olive oil or other vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
salt to taste
For filling:
large onion - 5-6 pcs.
Bacon or smoked bacon - 50 g
sour cream - 200 g
seasonings (red ground pepper, cumin, etc.) - to taste
vegetable oil for roasting
First we prepare the dough. To do this, take a little flour, pour dry yeast into it or crumble fresh, add sugar and warm milk. Mix all the ingredients and put on for half an hour in a warm place, so that the opara comes up. After half an hour, we break into an egg, add the remaining flour and vegetable oil, a little salt. We knead the dough, form a ball from it and cover with a towel.
While the dough "rest", we prepare the filling. Onions and washing our onion, cut into thin rings or semirings. Fry the onions until transparent in a frying pan with vegetable oil (this will take about 10 minutes). While the onions are fried, finely chop the bacon or smoked bacon. When the onion becomes transparent, add bacon to it for 2 minutes and remove the frying pan from the fire. Add the sour cream and seasoning to the onions and bacon, mix.
Approached dough roll out, focusing ondiameter of the baking dish. The dough sheet should be larger than the shape, so that its edges slightly hang from the sides. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and put the form with the test for half an hour on a warm plate. Then pierce the dough with a fork in several places and spread the stuffing into it. The side boards of the dough are beautifully laid in the form of a wreath, the pie itself remains open.
We bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. To make the finished pie easier to remove from the mold, you need to put the shape with the pie on a wet towel and let the pie cool.
