For a pie with apples, the following ingredients are required:



  • Lean dough

  • Apples - 5 pcs.

  • Sugar - 100 gr.

  • Lemon - 1 pc.

  • Tea bag




Divide the lemon into several pieces, squeeze outAll the juice in a separate container, and grate the zest on a small grater and mix with the dough during the second warm-up. Cut apples into slices, pour lemon juice and add sugar. Let the fruit let the juice run, stirring occasionally. Brew strong sweet tea - it will come in handy for lubricating the pie (remember that during the post, eggs can not be). Roll out the dough, lay it on a baking sheet and oil well with tea. From the remains of the dough, you need to make moderately thin flagella and attach them to the edges of the pie, lightly pressing to the tea "coating." For pie with cabbage you need the following products:



  • Lean dough

  • Cabbage - 0.5 medium head

  • Onion - 1 pc.

  • Caraway seeds - 0.5 tsp.

  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.

  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

  • A bag of black tea



Finely chop cabbage, cut thin onionssemirings. First you need to fry the onion until it is transparent, then add the cabbage and the crushed cumin to the frying pan. Fry the mixture on low heat with the lid closed, not forgetting to stir the vegetables from time to time. Divide the dough into two parts: one put into the mold, then put a stuffing on it, and cover the top with the second part of the rolled dough. The edges must be carefully glued. Fashioned cake abundantly grease with strong sweet tea and put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. When the top is brightly browned (usually takes 40-60 minutes), the pie can be obtained and served.

Lenten Pie with Cherries


For a cherry pie, you will need:



  • Lean dough

  • Sugar - 3 items of l.

  • Cherries - 1 tbsp.

  • Vegetable oil for lubrication of molds
