Lamb with prunes



To prepare this dish, take the following products:



  • lamb - 400 g

  • prunes - 10 pieces

  • olive oil, honey, almonds - to taste

  • spices: sesame seeds, cinnamon, ginger - to taste



Ginger and cinnamon in a frying pan in olive oil. Cut the lamb into cubes and put in a frying pan. Stir the meat with butter and spices, add 2 cups of water to the frying pan.



When the water boils, cook the meat for threeminutes. Then spread the lamb into a serving pot and put in the oven. The meat should be cooked in the oven for an hour. The liquid will evaporate, so do not forget to pour water into the pots.



Prune the soak in water and put it to the meat. After 20 minutes, add honey to the pots and mix with meat and prunes. Cover the pots with lids and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.



While the lamb comes, fry the sesame seeds and almonds in a frying pan until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and almonds.
