Roast beef with mushrooms
Such a roast is best cooked in cast ironthick-walled saucepan or in portioned pots. For the flavor, you can add a little dried mushrooms to it, but without them the taste and aroma of the roast will be unmatched. To prepare a roast with mushrooms, we take the following products:
800 g of beef
600 ml of water, meat or mushroom broth
300 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms
50 g of butter
8 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
0.5 tbsp. sour cream
2 bay leaves
freshly ground pepper, salt - to taste

Meat is rinsed, dried papertowels and cut into cubes with a side of about 2.5 cm. Peel onions and cut into quarters of rings. Carrots are also cleaned and rubbed on a large grater or cut into thin strips. Peeled and washed potatoes are cut into slices or slabs.
Fresh mushrooms and clean, frozen - defrost and boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes. When the mushrooms are cooked, we take them out of the pot and cut them into small pieces of medium size.
After heating the frying pan with vegetable oil,fry on it beef to ruddy on high heat. Transfer the roasted meat into a saucepan, in which we will cook the roast. In a frying pan, where the beef was roasted, fry the potatoes to half-cooked, adding a little vegetable oil. Transfer the potatoes to the meat.
We add a little vegetable andbutter, put onions and fry for 5 minutes, add carrots, salt and pepper to taste, fry for about 7 minutes. We transfer the fried vegetables in a saucepan, we also add mushrooms (if desired, they can be pre-fried in butter slightly).
Add sour cream, bay leaf, pour in water,meat broth or mushroom broth. Solim and pepper to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Cooking 1,5-2 hours (it is important to ensure that all the liquid does not boil). Ready roast and take out the oven and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Vegetarian fries with mushrooms
If you do not like meat or do not eat it at all, it's not an excuse to give up mushroom fries. How about cooking a vegetable roast with mushrooms? In order to prepare a roast of vegetables with dried mushrooms, you will need the following ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
1-2 Bulgarian pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 large onion
1 large carrot
1 bunch of parsley
50 g of dried mushrooms
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
5-6 peas of black pepper
salt - to taste
Rinse the mushrooms with cold water and pourwith boiling water. After 10 minutes, dip mushrooms into boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Throw mushrooms in a colander, and then dry it on a paper towel and cut it large.
Vegetables wash and clean. Cut potatoes into large cubes, squash - cubes of medium size, onions - small cubes, and pepper and carrots - thin straws. Fold the potatoes in a saucepan or a thick-walled pot.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, place mushrooms on it and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add the onions and fry for 5-7 minutes together with the mushrooms. Stir fried mushrooms with onions and transfer to potatoes.
Add in the same frying pan a little morevegetable oil, warm, put the carrots and fry for 3 minutes. To the carrots add the pepper and fry another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then put the zucchini, fry for another 5 minutes and transfer the finished vegetables to potatoes with mushrooms and onions.
Gently mix all the preparedingredients, add half a cup of hot boiled water to the saucepan, put the black pepper and salt to taste. Stew for half an hour on low heat, then add finely chopped parsley and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
