Meat Rolls



You will need:





  • 600-800 grams of meat (veal or chicken fillet)


  • 1 cup of boiled rice


  • 1 large carrot


  • 3 pcs. heads of onions


  • 2-3 cloves of garlic


  • salt


  • pepper


  • vegetable oil


  • 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste


  • toothpicks for fixing rolls

1. Cut the meat into equal pieces of medium size (like a small chop).



2. Recover meat. Salt and pepper to taste.



3. Fry the finely chopped onions until golden, add grated carrots to it, add salt and lightly extinguish on medium heat. Then the carrot-onion mass

mix with boiled rice, add crushed garlic to it.



4. We put the prepared stuffing on the beaten meat. We wrap up like cabbage in cabbage rolls. So that our meat rolls do not unfold - fasten them

toothpicks.



5. On the frying pan heated with vegetable oil, place the meat rolls and fry them on both sides to a crusty crust.



6. Take a wide pan and pour water (about 3 cm from the bottom) into it and put it on the fire. After the water boils, put in it a bulb, a piece of meat

or a bouillon cube, add a little vegetable oil and tomato paste. Salt, pepper to taste.



7. Now spread evenly on the bottom of the pot with broth meat rolls. Stew under the lid for about 15 minutes.



8. Sprinkle with herbs and serve to the table with sour cream. And do not forget to pull out the toothpicks!
