To prepare lemon soup you will need:



  • 1.5 liters of chicken broth

  • 50 grams of Indian rice

  • 4 eggs

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • white ground pepper

  • salt to taste


Preparation



  1. Rinse the rice, let it drain. Broth boil, pour 1 glass, pour rice into the remaining broth. Cook under the lid on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Beat the eggs in the foam, gradually adding the lemon juice. In a glass of boiling broth, gradually mix the lemon-egg mixture and pour into the soup.
